Return Eligibility
We support a 60-day return service for all products. Customers can apply for return and refund services within the valid return period if the products have quality problems, do not match the description, or fail to meet personal usage expectations, subject to compliance with return conditions.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be kept in unused, unopened, intact packaging condition with complete accessories. Products damaged due to personal use, man-made damage or missing accessories will not be eligible for return and refund. All returned goods need to be sent back in accordance with the designated return process.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive and verify the returned products conform to the return standards, we will complete the refund processing within 5 to 10 working days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account. The specific arrival time is subject to the processing rules of the customer’s payment platform.
Special Instructions
For orders with free shipping service, the return service is still valid within the policy period. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity and validity of all return applications to ensure standardized and fair after-sales service.
